Clarence M. Kelley Award
The Clarence M. Kelley Award is in honor of a man who was influential in raising the standards of leadership. The award is presented to a Criminal Justice Executive in the Kansas City and Metropolitan Area that is an excellent administrator, proactive in their approach and dedicated to improving the criminal justice system.
