Burns & McDonnell Corporate Security Overview

RJ Hope, Director of Corporate Security and Travel for Burns & McDonnell Engineering, will present their Global Security Program.  During this presentation he will highlight the keys to building program success from the identification of key stakeholders to building cross functional buy-in to drive organizational growth. 

Mr. Hope will not only address the standard security centric tasks that the Burns & McDonnell organization takes on, but will also highlight those activities not distinctive to a security organization and why those additional activities make a security organization more effective and beneficial to the organization.  

Lastly, he will discuss the recent enterprise-wide access control and video management system change over that was completed during the COVID pandemic.  At the conclusion of our meeting, Burns & McDonnell will host an optional tour of their Security Operations Center for those who wish to take part in the tour.
